AUCKLAND Auckland is the largest city in New Zealand..home to just over one million people. Small by other world standards and certainly not crowded as it is spread over a vast area, something New Zealand still has a lot of.....space. WELLINGTON Wellington is now the third largest city in New Zealand (being recently overtaken by Christchurch). It is the capital city and my current home. Built predominantly on hills and in valleys, it is important that, if you want to live here, you locate yourself in just the right place. Wellington is known as "The Windy City" and the name pretty much says it all....... Another of New Zealand's harbour cities. QUEENSTOWN Queenstown would be one of if not the premier tourist attraction in New Zealand. Definitely in the South Island. A quiet township situated amongst some of the most breathtaking scenery in the country, it is close to some magnificent skifields and close to many walking tracks and picturesque countryside. Still a popular destination for many New Zealanders on a holiday break, it as almost everything the tourist could hope for, whatever the season. There are many more towns and cities in New Zealand that warrant as much exposure as the ones above......as soon as I can find some more pics that won't get me prosecuted, I'll put them on...hehehe
